Source: iNaturalist observations by user keser, fetched via the public iNaturalist API (api.inaturalist.org/v1/observations) filtered to the site's lat/lng bounding box, verifiable=any (includes Casual-grade and Needs ID records, not just Research Grade). Coordinates are each observation's recorded GPS location, not geocoded from a place name — accuracy is the device's reported positional accuracy (typically 5–30 m). "Native" / "introduced" reflects iNaturalist's regional establishment-means data for Connecticut, not a global designation — e.g. Eastern Cottontail reads as introduced here because the species native to New England is the (visually similar) New England Cottontail. Where a species was logged more than once, the catalog and raw table below show its single highest-quality observation; only the site map plots every individual observation (so its dot count, 79, exceeds the 74-species catalog). Photos are the observer's own (c) keser, CC BY-NC, hosted by iNaturalist. Aerial photo: Google satellite imagery (Apr 16, 2026) via Google Earth Pro, with the parcel's "Lot Boundary" design overlaid. Observations are placed on this photo by georeferencing it independently of the site map above: the boundary's real perimeter (865 ft, from Google Earth Pro's own measurement tool) calibrates the image's feet-per-pixel scale, and an OpenStreetMap geocode of 58 Freestone Avenue anchors its position — not GPS metadata baked into the photo itself, since Google Earth screenshots don't carry any. That combination places ~95% of observations within a few meters of the boundary; a couple of clear outliers (logged near the shared property line) are pinned to the frame edge with a dashed ring rather than hidden.
